Yes, there are two charging stations for electric cars right next to the Matterhorn Inn in Täsch. The AC charging stations feature Type 2 connectors with a charging capacity of up to 22 kW. Information on current charging rates and payment options is available on site.

Yes, Täsch offers numerous hiking trails and biking routes that start right in the village. We especially recommend the Europaweg trail across the Täschalp toward Zermatt—a wonderful way to explore the alpine landscape around the Matterhorn. Our team will be happy to give you personalized tips for your trip.

The Matterhorn Inn is just a one-minute walk from the Täsch train station. From there, the Zermatt Shuttle takes you to car-free Zermatt in about 12 minutes. This makes it easy to reach Zermatt’s mountain railways, hiking trails, and attractions by train. As a hotel guest, you can also use our shuttle service to Zermatt: CHF 7.– per trip or CHF 14.– for a round trip. For more information, please ask at the front desk.

The Matterhorn Inn is located directly across from the Täsch train station and is just a one-minute walk away. From there, you can take the Zermatt Shuttle to Zermatt in about 12 minutes. The central location is especially convenient for guests who arrive by train or want to travel to Zermatt daily.

Outdoor parking spaces are available right next to the Matterhorn Inn in Täsch for CHF 10.– per 24 hours. These cannot be reserved in advance.

Alternatively, you can park your vehicle at the covered Parking Schaller in Täsch. If you book directly with us, you’ll receive a 25% discount there for advance bookings or a 15% discount if you pay on site. We recommend making a reservation for Parking Schaller well in advance, especially during peak season. You can find the current prices and booking options on the Parking Schaller website.

If the Matterhorn Inn is fully booked on your desired dates, our booking system will show you available alternatives within the " Aufdenblatten Collection ." You may also find a suitable room on a different travel date. Our reservations team will be happy to assist you by phone or email in finding an alternative, if needed.

An advance payment is required for your stay at the Matterhorn Inn. Before the cancellation deadline expires, we will send you a secure payment link that you can use to conveniently pay for your reservation. You can pay the visitor’s tax and any additional charges directly at the hotel.
